1. Acceptance of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 09bte regarding your access to and use of the 09bte platform, website, and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 09bte, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

These terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. We encourage all players to review these terms periodically, as updates may be made without individual prior notice beyond a notice posted on the platform itself.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use 09bte, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 09bte reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where criteria are not met.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 09bte or any affiliate company.
• You must register using your own true personal information. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or restricted from the 09bte platform or any related service.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 09bte platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a violation of these terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any details change. 09bte reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the information you provide, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your registered mobile banking account

Password and Account Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 09bte will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

09bte shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

09bte supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The currency symbol ৳ is used throughout the platform.

Deposit Rules

Deposits made to your 09bte account must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• 09bte does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with standard anti-money-laundering procedures. The following conditions apply:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 1–24 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before a withdrawal can be initiated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

09bte employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where applicable. Players found in violation of fair play rules will be permanently banned, and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
